This notice covers the Zyvreno Tech marketing website. It is not a patient-data agreement or a privacy notice for a deployed clinical application.
Enquiries
The current form prepares an email draft in your email app. It does not send the form to a website backend. If you choose to send an email, Zyvreno receives the information you include, such as your name, work email, organisation and enquiry.
Use of contact details
Contact information is used to respond to enquiries and discuss the early access programme. The original site states that clinic and clinician data is not shared with third parties. Ask our team for the applicable terms before entering a commercial or clinical-data arrangement.
Website technology
This build includes no analytics scripts, advertising trackers or browser-storage features. Your hosting provider may maintain request logs. Request details about hosting logs directly from Zyvreno.
Patient information
Do not submit patient images, health records or sensitive patient information through this website or the enquiry form.
